Hard copy maps
  • Alpenvereinskarte, Cordilleras Blanca Nord Peru 1:1000,000 was the best map in 2004. Buy it when you get to Huaraz. We bought ours from Casa de Guias, but a number of shops carry it.
  • IGN 1:1000,000 Pomabamba 19-j and Corongo1 18-h cover the same area.
