There are no DOC huts on the Track. Besides the DOC campsites the only other option is the excellent DOC Mistletoe Bay Lodge (22 beds in cottages). If you want to stay at Mistletoe best book through the DOC Picton field centre.

The majority of trampers stay at various lodges & private accommodations. Beds are available at every price range. Some resorts including Punga and Portage (which we recommend) are very flash.
