Punga Cove

Arriving early is not a problem as Punga is a gorgeous resort with unique backpacker rooms high up on the hill overlooking the water. You may have trouble resisting the excellent restaurant there. (Try the local seafood.) There is much to do including kayaking — but it is also a great place to kick back for a half day. A small library can supply you a book.

No one is unhappy at Punga, but there are a number of other great options:

You can tent at Punga Cove too at a simple campsite about 10 minutes from the Hotel resort.
