Take the cable car over the Klanawa. A tidal waterway like the Cheewhat, the Klanawa is normally too deep to wade.
The cable car is hard work for 2 hikers working together & is really difficult if you are travelling alone. Consider waiting until the next group arrives there if you want help.

Heading towards Bamfield, move down to the beach when you can. Occasionally you will be forced back up into the forest. The section between Trestle Creek & Tsocowis is all inland but has some marvellous views from the Valencia Bluffs.
Heading towards Port Renfrew, you should take the forest Trail through to Tsusiat Falls. There you will climb down the ladders to the beach then stay on the shore at least until Tsusiat Point to see Hole in the Wall.
